Leo Duke

Hello, and thank you for visiting my resume website! My name's Leo Duke, a former field organizer and policy intern who's looking for opportunities to impact the political process in roles in the legislative, policy, or research spheres. All things political have been my passion throughout my academic studies at Syracuse University and long before, and it was my goal in my time there to learn how to effectively impact the political process and help to create social change. Fortunately, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to apply what I’ve learned from my studies into what has been exhilarating, personally enriching political office and campaign work. From my experience helping to elect the 46th President in Delaware County to my recent role with Senator Sweeney's campaign, I have learned a lot in my time on campaigns through enriching and enjoyful work. Now that I've moved to Washington, I am eager to leverage my skill-set towards working with an office or organization with a tangible impact on the policy process on issues I hold dear. This type of work is what I am passionate about, and I am hoping to continue to gain opportunities to apply my passion towards helping to create a more just and equitable nation and world in my future roles.
